San Bernardino police arrest suspect who forced entry into a home

Over the weekend San Bernardino Police officers were dispatched to a residence after this suspect forced entry into the home through a locked rear door. Just as the suspect was about to enter into a sleeping child's bedroom he was confronted by the homeowner.

The suspect ran away and was observed running into a field nearby. During a search of the field SBPD officers located and arrested the suspect who was found to be on active parole, and armed with multiple knives. The residents were frightened, but thankfully not harmed.
