Sex and Gender | Part 1 of 2: Sex, or "There are only two sexes"

I spent some time with a friend in Destiny's Discord server the other night, and there was so much they got wrong, and so much I'm utterly sick and tired of hearing people get wrong about this topic, that I felt compelled to dive on the proverbial hand grenade and touch the untouchable subject. I've decided to make this a two-parter because it's already taken 3 days to edit, and I have other things I need to be doing, so this affords me some time to expand my focus while I'm wrapping up the second half.

All of what I've said is easily verifiable as biologically true, I've included very credible sources everywhere, there is no mention of individuals (other than that a friend participated in a debate with me and that my brother's wife is pregnant), there is no harassment, and I'm walking on serious egg-shells here. No guarantees how long this stays up.
