Swimming Accountability. My goal is to get back into the pool as it's my most enjoyable form of cardio. It's my plan to swim at least 3 days a week! Here we go!

Today's Routine:

30 min swim/stretch hitting about 1000m. Front Crawl and Breast Stroke with some rescue strokes mixed in. 100m intervals. #notaprofessionalswimmer #icantflipkick
