Try the following little breathing exercise in connection with the video:
(It lowers the stress a bit)

Start with the video.
Close your eyes for about two minutes.
While the music is playing in the background, pay attention to your breathing.
Is she slow or fast?
Now breathe consciously – slowly breathe deeply in and out again.
Watch your breath.
If thoughts arise (which is normal) try to return to your breathing.
Do this exercise for a short time. Even if it's short, your body can rest for a moment.
