Heli PvP Mode Gets the Axe + Economy Changes May 2022 [War Thunder]

Top tier Naval takes it in the shorts, helicopter PvP Mode gets the axe, and a few vehicles switch places! This economy update is another step in the gradual change from the old economy to the new rank-based economy. However, many things don't make a ton of sense.
