½ cup lemon juice
1 lemon’s zest
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
¼ tsp salt

SWISS MERINGUE BUTTERCREAM
2 egg whites
⅓ cup sugar
½ cup butter softened
½ tsp vanilla extract
