Apparent Assault of Property Manager by Neighbor

Info from Licensor: "I’m a property manager of a building where I had a few verbal fights with my neighbor. One day she was mad about the noise from my art gallery under her apartment. Instead of talking to me like an adult, she had an emotional episode. She was yelling at me, so I walked away and didn’t engage because I had to show the empty unit in the video. That is when she saw me in the empty apartment and continued yelling at me. That’s reason I took my phone out to film her behavior. I thought it would calm her down, but instead it made her snap and that’s when she entered illegally and attacked me."
