$225M Tax Dollars But Sends Baby Formula to China - Kingston Dairy Factory

Canadian baby formula factory is sending all of it's formula to China despite the shortage here and the $225 million it's received from the Canadian government to operate. Regulation is holding them back from selling to the domestic market. That's right. The factory is able to produce formula in Canada that is not legal to sell in Canada.
