On March 24th 2021 The 9th Circuit handed down a much anticipated ruling in the case of Young v Hawaii. This started in 2011, with a request for a handgun permit in Hawaii that was denied. A decade later. It's culmination came a few days ago when the 9th Circuit ruled that the Second Amendment doesn't protect a right to open carry for individual self-defense. Today we discuss the Failure of the Second Amendment in the landmark case of DC v Heller
