Andresa is a developer and asset manager with extensive experience in full gut renovation projects, new construction, and commercial development. She owns a rental portfolio comprised of both long and short-term rentals and is the “go-to person” when it comes to implementing processes that allow for scalability. Today, she serves as the co-founder and CEO of The Real Estate InvestHER community®.

We kicked off with Andresa’s journey into the world of real estate. She took us through her first acquisition, and the speedbumps she encountered on that journey. She earned a full year’s salary in one simple deal. This inspired Andresa to handle multiple properties and grow her real estate empire.

Eventually, Andresa found herself a bit bored with the real estate industry. So, she identified a problem and built its solution. There was a lack of resources for female entrepreneurs looking to get into the real estate space. So, she founded The Real Estate InvestHER community®.
