So today the C3 Subcommittee Hearing on Unidentified Aerial Phenomena took place at 9am on Tuesday May 17th. Mr. Scott Bray the Deputy Director of Navy Intelligence, ONI and Ronald Moultrie Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence & Security were on the hill testifying about UFOs or in a more updated term UAP which stands for Unidentified Aerial Phenomena.
