Northbound Norfolk Southern mixed manifest freight train 12Z hauls a pair of commuter passenger cars, one MARC, and one MTBA (possibly damaged or being repaired?) through the Lappans Road grade crossing in Hagerstown, Maryland. Locomotives: NS 4149(GE AC44C6M built 1996) & NS 9820(GE C44-9W built 2004).
