Twitter tries to scam "special needs" man

Elon Musk is still in limbo to see if he's going to buy twitter. One big problem is telling how many "bots" are actually out there. Twitter claims it's only 5% but Elon claims it may be much higher possibly to 25% bots which would completely change the deal.
