Severe thunderstorms hit southern Ontario

At least nine people were reportedly killed after severe storms hit densely populated areas of Canada’s southern Ontario. The strong winds also caused extensive damage to trees, power lines, and buildings – according to Environment Canada, the thunderstorm left more than 350,000 customers without electricity.
