Baking sourdough with no dutch oven.

Finally, I've managed after a few interesting experiments at work how to make a fabulous loaf of sourdough bread using a very artisan way of baking. Instead of using a chamber where steam is created, I have been able to keep the steam created by the evaporation of the water directly by covering the bread with something.
