✨ I think in 2022 and onwards, a big problem is Passive spirituality and detaching from EVERYTHING. I think that regarding Trauma, inner work, shadow work etc, these things must be confronted head on to actually integrate and resolve them. I think That’s part of our purpose, to be brave souls and do that work! To Confront the darkness, or at very least, be aware of it and express love regardless. Ignoring it, won’t change it or make it go away.

I think with all things, having a balance is key. We need to be aware of the true reality of consciousness and what’s going on in this world, and also detach from what we CAN’T control. But at the same time, we should d the work on changing and fixing what we CAN control. Our energetic state, what we give our energy to, and creating a new and better world. These things we can and probably should do!
