Marijuana for Neurodegenerative Disease

I get lots of questions regarding if cannabis can be used for certain neurological diseases and injuries, and the answer is yes. Unfortunately, I cannot prescribe cannabis in my practice. There are approved forms of cannabidiol that are legal for me to prescribe, but the overall utilization of these compounds is woefully underutilized.
