Hinduism in Academia

In this Monologue, I want to share my views on the state of Hinduism in Academia. We live in a unique time where the pop-culture image of Hinduism is absolutely ridiculous and any pushback in the form of an appeal to correct that narrative is dealt with resistance and ad hominem by the establishment left-wing Academia. How did this happen? Who is responsible for this mess? Is there a way out? I want to raise a few points and ask some more questions.
