Detroit 50 series crank no start pt2

Chasing my tale while chasing some other mechanics work. This is the Detroit a few videos ago that I determined the ECM was the original cause and they had thrown a reman gear pump on that was bad as well. So they installed a new ecm and gear pump and said it was smoking now and still wouldn't start.
