A little while back I drank ayahuasca with Miguel Chiriap, one of Ecuador’s most respected shamans. During the ceremony, I recorded a few of his songs, sung in either Shuar or the language of the ayahuasca “spirits.” The video is dark because the room is kept pitch black during ceremony.
