From Hespeler to Guelph (Royal City) on Highway 24 & Wellington Road 124 II Beautiful Music & Story

A drive from Hespeler (Cambridge North) to Guelph, Ontario Canada on Hespeler Road (Highway 24) and WELLINGTON ROAD 124 (OLD HIGHWAY 24). Highway 24 is also called the King's Highway. About Hespeler: Hespeler is actually part of Cambridge. In 1973, Hespeler, Galt, Preston, Blair and some land in surrounding townships amalgamated into Cambridge. Hespeler is situated in the North of Cambridge. On the drive to Guelph from Hespeler, we take Hespeler Road and Wellington 124.

Guelph (population 131,794 in 2016) is a city in Southwestern, Ontario, known as "The Royal City." Its start began in the 1820s - established by John Galt. Highway 24 traverses mostly countryside in Southern Ontario, although it does pass through some larger cities and towns along its route (Simcoe, Brantford, Cambridge, Guelph, Erin, Caledon, Orangeville, Shelburne and Collingwood.)
