After 20 days of waiting, I can finally share my 20 day water fast with you all! The journey has been hard but I was so tired of the weight I had gained and determined to reset my body like it deserves. It may be extreme to some, but there are plenty of studies that show that water fast can be very beneficial for our bodies when under the right circumstances. I wanted to do a long term water fast so that I could reset my body and help it heal - naturally with this came losing weight! I lost over 20 lbs doing a 20 day water fast and I will keep incorporating it into my lifestyle just to give my body a break of eating whenever it needs it.
