Italy proposes peace plan for Ukraine conflict, but will it sit well with Washington?

Italy has proposed a four-point peace plan to resolve the conflict in Ukraine, but while EU foreign policy chief Borrell said Brussels has received the initiative, he stressed that it's up to Ukraine to decide the terms of any negotiations.
