Dewalt 18V Batteries - To do, or not to DO

I own alot of old 18V dewalt batteries and the more I research the more I am like screw it toss them all.

But I wont do that yet... I might take them all apart, buy some new cells and replace the old dead cells first, or harvest the good cells and use them to repack the old batteries. Then maybe by new cells..

I dont know...
