Turtle 3rd Diamond Bagua Shifts & Strikes

This is the full Bagua in the Alchemical 3 Treasures Qigong. Leg compression is used in all of the eight directional strikes. Breath and lifting of the thrusting vessel is a major part of this Qigong. Breath control and leg compression are other aspects of this Qigong. This Bagua is the second part in Turtle that is the 3rd Diamond in this Qigong.
