Durham Probe's First Big Trial Against Ex-Clinton Lawyer Michael Sussmann, Week 1 Trial Recap

Trial began for Michael Sussmann, the former Clinton Campaign lawyer who lied to the FBI and delivered the fabricated "evidence" linking Donald Trump to Russia. The same "evidence" that he acquired by spying on and wiretapping Trump Tower and the White House in 2016-17.

The Federal Case has started and it's off to the races. Mark Elias, Sussman's former boss at Perkins Coie Law Firm, pulled some incredibly shady stuff on the stand, leading to the Defence sending up a Mistrial motion as Elias tried real hard to illegally sway the opinion of the jury.

This week also, FBI official James Barker testified that Sussmann openly admitted to lying. Guess there was good enough reason, perhaps owing a blood debt to the Clinton's?
