EU Caves To Putin Demands | Russia's New Payment Plan Is Working

The EU Commission has announced the rollout of a guidance plan to allow companies to interact with Russia for energy payments moving forward that will comply with Putin's request to be paid in Rubles.

This is a workaround plan that reveals the lack of support from the Western Governments on the unified response to Russian/Ukrainian propaganda.
