How to Play a Singing Bowl to Open, Clear, Balance Your Chakras | Singing Bowl and Chakra Healing

Not the only way, just the way I do it for myself and others! In this video, I share how to cocreate with your bowl to direct the circular energy to each of your chakras for clearing and balancing. ✨

For cleansing the bowl, at the end, I ask that the bowl releases any energy it absorbed and that it is transmuted to light. I also ask my guides to help with this, visualize it happening, and thank the bowl! I do this each time I use it for myself or others in earnest (vs just this demo!).
