How to Use MINDFULNESS to Re-direct EMOTIONS.

In this video, I’ll be covering how CBT and mindfulness techniques can aid in re-directing your emotional response by learning how to acknowledge the emotion without those emotions negatively impacting your life.
I will include some basic CBT techniques for emotional awareness rather than suppression, and a quick visualization exercise for relaxation and emotional mindfulness.
