Let's make a good drink to support the body

Let's take care of our health....it's the best way for you to stay healthy.

JUICE FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE! 🩸🫀
2 beets
2-3 red apples
A handful of pitted sweet black cherries
A handful of ripe strawberries

Juice or blend together and enjoy 1 cup 2-3x a day combined with good nutrition (fruits and greens) and light exercise (stretching, walking, jogging) to lower blood pressure. This works! Try it.
If you use a blender just add a little water or coconut water.
