Grounding simple - so lucky to have my own little patch of earth

I came right home from a walk today to put my bare feet in the earth. almost took my shoes and socks off outside. just realized how simple grounding can be. I tend to make things complicated to avoid things. to avoid feeling uncomfortable. I own this this yard. why not touch the earth everyday. I am so greatful.
