Gentle Yoga (20 minutes poses for Supine)

This is a 20 minute guided Gentle sequence with all poses are in a supine position. This sequence has been designed to target the full body stretching the muscles, within an emphasis on the fascia, while remaining relaxed. This sequence does not include Savasana, so be sure to close your practice with at least a 2 minute Savasana pose (Supine with a bolster under your knees. Be sure the heels touch the floor) Enjoy!
