This video is not medical advice, always consult your physician. I'm going to lose a total of 100 lbs and you all can go along with me on my journey! I will incorporate prolonged water fasting, One Meal A Day (OMAD), Keto, and exercise.
Just now I did just over 7 days of a water fast. I had planned to do 10 - 14 days but my sinuses were kicking my butt. This method of extended fasting will put you into deep ketosis very quickly. Most people can adapt to this but we are too hard headed to allow it to happen. SUGAR IS A DRUG. In future videos I'll talk more about insulin spikes and how they affect you, how to get natural electrolytes into your system and many other things.

I'm FAT! I know it, you know it...What do I do to fix this? Water fasting and then later intermittent fasting. I'm posting this video (I hate talking about this for the world to see) because I belive it will help many people. Weight loss diets are all fads. You have to change your life and get sugars and most carbs completely out of it. I'm doing just that.
