Yes, we may want to vote the majors last, even sack the lot, but the reality is - with an entrenched 2 party system - it will be a ‘LIBOR’ result.

Government policy is framed and presented in the House of Reps. The hope from this election can be there will be a few lower-house seats secured by minor parties but even more critical is we can get prudent, authentic voices elected into the upper-house; the Senate. The Senate is the place of review. A check and balance to the government of the day.

In this episode the discussion focuses on polices in the main areas - such as Health, Families, Aged Care, Defence, Govt & Corruption, Infrastructure and Economy.

Whatever the final mix, the policies which the BLUE and the RED are sprouting now on the election trail, is what we - as Australians - will be facing and probably challenging in the next few years.
