The Betty White Show 1954

The delightful Betty White always was and still is a national (and international) treasure!
The Wish Day segments are really sweet, the little boy came from a children's home. Who knows what happened in his life to get them there. They may have been a little shy, or uncomfortable with being in the spotlight. Understandably receiving all the gifts would be overwhelming, but it's such a warm gesture, that no doubt had positive impacts on the child receiving them.
