The Russian authorities are attempting in every way to gain a hold on temporarily occupied Kherson and cut people off from Ukrainian-controlled territory. The occupiers are blocking the Internet and the Ukrainian mobile networks. Moreover, they are trying to introduce the Russian ruble and implement the 'ruble zone'.
