Today's episode on the Griddle Food Network, the Filet-O-Fish, The best Grouper Sandwich on the 36” blackstone griddle culinary series. Another great cook from blackstone griddle recipes.

- 2LBs of Florida grouper filets (1LB each).
- 2 Eggs for egg wash
- Panko Bread crumbs
- Onion Rolls
- Homemade Tartar Sauce
- Swiss Cheese
- LTO (Lettuce, Tomato & Onion)
- Prepackaged Asian Chopped Coleslaw Kit
- Pickle Spear
- Lemon

Decide how you want to portion out your filets for the size of sandwiches. Check for any bones in the meat. Egg wash your fillets on both sides. I use panko bread crumbs. After dusting the both sides with bread crumbs, let sit for 15-20 minutes in the refrigerator.

Your grouper is now ready for the blackstone griddle. This will be a fast cook. 5 minutes on both side, squeeze some fresh lemon on both sides and add your cheese and tartar sauce.

I recommend toasting your choice of rolls/buns.

Tartar Sauce Recipe:

- 1 Cucumber (peeled & chopped)
- 3 Cups of Mayonnaise
- 6 Baby Dill Pickles (chopped)
- Fresh Dill (Chopped)
- Fresh Parsley (Chopped)
- 1 Tablespoon of Cappers (Chopped)
- 1 Tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons of Dijon Mustard
- 1 Teaspoon of Salt
- 1 Teaspoon of Pepper
- Squeeze half a lemon into the bowl

Your ready to go. Mix it in a bowl and you have homemade tartar sauce for your grouper sandwich.
