11. Appalachian trail 2022 mile 486.7-534.3 Lost Mt Shelter-Marion, VA and Trail Days

Left leg is feeling better. Hitched into Damascus for Trail Days, got a new tent, then got a ride back to trail because it was too crowded for me.
Got to Marion VA. Going to zero to rest up, resupply, and upload videos.
