Thank you for joining me this morning on Patriot Muscle Health for our first workout. This channel discusses how we can become stronger people not only physically, but mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
I was feeling creative this morning and wanted to take advantage of the opportunity, before I found another distraction to take me away from sharing.

I actually deleted this recording because the microphone switched to another device so the quality isn't as good as I know it can be. Instead of redoing this again because it wasn't perfect, I took it out of the recycle bin because the content is great despite the sound quality. This issue will be fixed this week when I get some help on how to utilize the resources I have.

This workout is made for all fitness levels. If you need a modification due to an exercise injury or a beginner status, please listen to the option you need so you can feel successful. In the video I am using dumbbells and Gliding Disk.

If you do not have Gliding Disks, you can use washcloths for hardwood floors or furniture movers or paper plates for carpet.
