Russian troops are reportedly withdrawing from Ukraine’s second-largest city, Kharkiv after weeks of intense fighting. Kharkiv's mayor reportedly said that Ukrainian forces have pushed Russian troops "far out" from the city. Ukraine claims Russia’s main efforts are focused on ensuring the withdrawal of its units from the city of Kharkiv.
