Israeli Police Attack Funeral Of Slain Palestinian Journalist

Israeli police charged pallbearers at a funeral for a Palestinian-American journalist. The police ripped down Palestinian flags and beat the pallbearers with batons, forcing them to drop the casket.

This is a disturbing video. There was a funeral procession for Shireen Abu Akleh. And this is in east Jerusalem. It was a funeral procession. and the Israeli defense forces I don't know if they were specifically all military. Some of them may have also been on the police force. In riot gear just basically went in and started attacking the pallbearers.
Yeah, trigger warning for people watching this too. Like I mean that they're carrying her body and the police attacked the people holding up the coffin.

Is that the journalist I mean this is a different I was looking at a few different angles of this and this one I thought was the best but there's some music behind it so we can just talk over it here. So here you see them carrying the coffin and this is in slow motion carrying the coffin.
Maybe they're just investigating who did it.
The IDF is going after you know terrorists here. Using batons to hit the legs and arms of the Palestinians carrying her coffin.
I mean they know this is going to be a message in and of itself right?
Oh yeah, look at this. Hitting them in the head. The shoulders. Here there were also reports that the IDF was ripping down Palestinian flags in this area. I mean and then they ended up dropping the coffin. Because that was the intent of the IDF.
