Hot Packed and Pressured!

(update: I've now canned 20 quarts. That's enough for me. Maybe I'll dehydrate the rest. jk!) This was a lot of work for not much result! But anyway, you can see the process. I'll wait until I have a lot more beans ready before I do this again! I've never hot-packed green beans before to pressure can, but this worked quite well. One jar lost too much liquid...not sure why only one did. Often if jars lose liquid while pressure canning, it is because the pressure is fluctuating too much.
