His leg was NOT normal, but the reason was surprising - I have never seen that before!

Here at #HopeForPaws we see THOUSANDS of medical cases every year and just when I thought I have seen everything, an email about Smitty came in and surprised me! JoAnn got him to the hospital and revealed a medical case that I have never seen before!
