In separate pot:
1 Cup Rice (or 1.5)
2 Cup Water (or 3)
1 Tablespoon Oil
Salt (1Teaspoon?)

Main Pot
1 Cup Lentils
2 Tablespoon Oil
1 Big onion or 1/2 cup dried onion
1 Jalepeno or spicy pepper (Optional.. will make spicy)
1 15oz can of tomatoes...stewed, crushed, something chunky (Or fresh!)
3 cups water
1.5 tablespoons garlic
1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
2 Teaspoons Ginger Powder (or fresh)
1/2 Teaspoon Tumeric
1 Teaspoon Cumin
1/2 Teaspoon Coriander
1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper (Optional)
1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala
1/2 Teaspoon Curry Powder (Optional)
2 Teaspoons Salt (Season to taste)
