Senator Rand Paul announced that he will block the US $ 40 billion grant to Ukraine in the Senate.

"I swear by the US Constitution, not the constitution of any other country. Inflation reached its highest level in 40 years in March, and we can not save Ukraine by destroying our economy," he said.
