Ughhh WRIST PAIN. 💢

Put down your Tiger Paws, and try testing your mobility. If your wrists can’t ✨naturally✨ bend back to where you need them to be during a tumbling pass, NO WONDER they hurt every time!

You may already do these stretches, but start working them like they’re as necessary as a split. Here are some tips to make them most effective:

✅ Start with your hands out in front of you, not by your sides. This gives you more room to bend.

✅ Keep the heels of your hands flat. Don’t let them lift up!

✅ Put pressure on your wrists. Not so much that you feel pain. Just so you feel a deep stretch in your wrists and forearms.

✅ Try flipping them over to the backs of your hands for a deeper stretch.
