McAuley checked in to talk about the band's sophomore release GENERATION MD, the freedom he has to explore his voice, the musical vision of Jeff Pilson and Reb Beach, why Black Swan doesn't sound like any of the members' main projects, and why he got his name added to the "MSG" name back when he was original working with Michael Schenker.
