Hello! My name is Pamela Garfield-Jaeger, LCSW. This is my intro video where I talk about my experience and credentials. As an experienced therapist, I’m starting a website with lessons and tools for parents to arm them with the information to help them find and receive the best therapy for their child. I will give tips on how to stay involved, what to expect and questions to ask. I will help you screen for therapists who may want to indoctrinate your child. Membership will include lessons on many topics such as suicide prevention and what to expect when you call 911, types of therapy, spirituality and mental health, DBT, gender dysphoria, building resilience, avoiding victim mentality and many other topics. For a small fee, I will provide consultations on how to find appropriate mental health care or to discuss concerns you have with your child’s current therapist.
