Delicious recipes: Eggs with fondue

Learn how to make this delicious soft-hearted egg drowned in a cheese fondue.

Ingredients:
300 grams of milk
125 grams of cheese (I used fontina but you can also use cheddar or edamer)
2 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of white flour
pepper
1 egg

STEPS:
Melt two tablespoons of butter (20 grams) over low heat
Add 1 tablespoon of flour and mix with a whisk to prevent lumps from forming
Add 125 grams of milk and continue mixing
When it has thickened, add 125 grams of diced cheese
Keep stirring until it melts
Add another glass of milk (125 grams)
Mix with a whisk
Meanwhile, pour a drizzle of oil into a pan
And cook an egg
Pour the fondue over the egg and add a pinch of pepper if you like
