Petition Filed vs Mandatory You-Know-What Before PH Supreme Court

A petition for certiorari, prohibition, and mandamus with a prayer for temporary restraining order that is 156 pages long with 1,082 pages of annexes has been filed before the Philippine Supreme Court. The petition includes the judicial affidavits and annexes of Dr. Romy Quijano, Dr. Raffy Castillo, Atty. Ting Bautista-Bello, and Atty. John Miguel. Lead counsel is Atty.
